Current Work Operations:

Location: South of Vesey Street between Broadway and Church Street

• The steam abatement has been completed on the exposed portion of the trench.
• While excavating, a Con Edison D-faulted cable was found. A Con Edison crew came to the site and tagged the cable. The contractor is on standby, waiting for Con Edison to resolve the D-faulted cable so excavation can continue. 
• The NYC DOT waiver for the Holiday Construction Emnargo was approved.
• They have been helping the 217 Broadway building manager secure DOT permits for a boom lift to facilitate façade work and expedite the removal of the scaffolding.
