Outdoor Dining Applications
You must first apply for an outdoor dining application through the Department of Transportation’s Dining Out Program. Once they have reviewed your application it will be sent to the Community Board.
Road Bed Dining Application
Once the Community Board receives the Roadway Cafe application from DOT the community board has 30 days to review it. We will reach out to you to attend the next available meeting to review the application.
If you do not respond or attend the meeting the Community Board will recommend your application for denial.

Sidewalk Cafe Application
Once the Community Board receives the Sidewalk Cafe application from DOT the community board has 40 days to review it. We will reach out to you to attend the next available meeting to review the application.
If you do not respond or attend the meeting the Community Board will recommend your application for denial.
